Travel trailers and park models are not technically mobile homes as classified by the State of Florida. Per Florida statute 320.0815, permanently affixed travel trailers and park model trailers may be issued a license plate, a regular mobile home (MH) decal or a real property (RP) decal (which requires form MH-402) – the choice is strictly up to the customer.
