The Driver Privacy Protection Act limits public access to certain items of personal information contained in motor vehicle and driver license records. Visit http://www.flhsmv.gov/ddl/DPPAInfo.html for more details.
Can I find out who owns a mobile home?
You cannot receive another individual's information (including who owns a mobile home) from our office; all inquiries for mobile home records must be submitted to the Department of Motor Vehicles in Tallahassee. To do so, complete a Records Request Form, print it and mail it (with the proper fees) to the address on the form.
If you operate a business that requires information on multiple records, visit http://www.flhsmv.gov/data/internet2.html where you can get in touch with third party providers who may be able to assist you in your inquiries.
