You can renew the decal(s) online at taxcollector.com. If you wish to complete this transaction in person at one of our locations, please bring your identification, the summons, and your mobile home title or registration.
Per Florida Statute 319.22, if you are the new owner of this unit and have not transferred the title into your name, you must transfer title immediately. If you are making payments, a lienholder must be recorded. Please bring your identification, the summons, and your mobile home title to one of our locations to complete the title transfer.
