Not a Manatee County Dealer? Not a Manatee County Dealer? Effective 7/24/17, Out-of-County dealers can only be served at First Manatee South County Tag Agency, located at 5756 14th St W, Bradenton. Manatee County residency will be based on the dealer's physical lot location.
Effective September 5, 2017, appointments are required for all dealer transactions processed as wait-on work. Dealers may schedule up to 2 appointments per runner, per day and can wait on 3 transactions per appointment. Dealer work can also be dropped off at this office at the reception desk. For drop-off requirements, visit the Dealer Services section of taxcollector.com. Walk-ins will be accepted until 9:30 am in emergency situations, except the day after holiday closures - no walk-ins will be accepted.
Dealers can make appointments to process title work for vehicles, boats, and mobile homes at our DeSoto Office by scheduling an appointment online. Dealers can wait on 3 transactions per appointment with a cut off time of 4:30pm. Dealer work can also be dropped off at this office. For drop-off requirements visit taxcollector.com.
First Manatee South County Tag Agency
Dealers can also make an appointment at the First Manatee South County Tag Agency, located at 5756 14th St W in Bradenton. To schedule the appointment, visit www.autotagagency.net. They also offer a free courier service, extended hours and Saturday hours, no transaction limits*, and a 1-business day turnaround for drop-off work.
* After 5pm, only 3 deals may be waited on. The dealer lobby closes at 5:45.
