Is there a convenience fee when renewing, changing the address or requesting a duplicate registration for my car, boat or mobile home online?

A mail handling fee of $.70 and a branch fee of $.50 is charged per registration. If a new license plate is required, the mail handling fee is increased to $2.65 (plus the $.50 branch fee) per license plate issued. (Fees are subject to change.)
