Taxes are delinquent if not paid before April 1. To avoid your taxes becoming delinquent, you can make online payments of your 2020 real estate or personal property taxes until 11:59 p.m. EST on March 31, 2021.
2020 personal property taxes: Online payment is available for delinquent and prior year taxes.
2020 real estate taxes: Online payment is available through 5 p.m. EST on May 27, 2021, to avoid the sale of a tax certificate on May 28, 2021. Online payment will resume after the tax certificate sale has concluded and is balanced (around June 1).
To qualify for the May amount due, payments made in person or by mail must be received by 5 p.m. EST on May 27, 2021. A postmark is not honored on delinquent payments. Please read our accounts that can't be paid online FAQ.
