All activity and calculations are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Taxes are delinquent if not paid before April 1st. To avoid your taxes becoming delinquent, you can make online payments of your 2019 real estate or personal property taxes until 11:59 PM EST on March 31, 2020.
2019 Personal Property Taxes: Online payment is available for delinquent and prior year taxes.
2019 Real Estate Taxes: Online payment is available through 5 PM EST on May 28, 2020, to avoid the sale of a tax certificate on May 29, 2020. Online payment will resume after the Tax Certificate sale has concluded and is balanced (approx. June 1).
To qualify for the May amount due, payments made in person or by mail must be received by 5 PM EST on May 29, 2020, in the form of cash, cashier's check, treasurer's check, money order or certified funds. A postmark is not honored on delinquent payments. Please read our accounts that can't be paid online FAQ.
We are not responsible for transactions that could not be processed as the result of technical difficulties, such as downtime due to system maintenance or any other occurrence. You may incur additional fees if you are unable to pay online before the end of a payment period.
