Your doctor will need to certify that you are either permanently or temporarily disabled by completing an Application For Disabled Person Parking Permit.

How should I display my parking permit?

Parking permits must be hung on the rear-view mirror of the vehicle when it is parked in a handicapped parking space. It is recommended that you remove the permit from the rear-view mirror when the vehicle is in use.

Not a Manatee County resident?  Out-of-County residents applying for, or renewing, a parking permit can only be served at First Manatee South County Tag Agency, located at 5756 14th St W, Bradenton.
