Where do I pay my bad check (NSF)?

You may pay in person or by mail. To pay in person, you must visit our Field Services and Collections Department. To schedule an appointment, contact the Legal Department at the phone number or email listed on the letter or orange door hanger. Appointment times are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

You must pay by cash, check, cashier's check, money order, certified funds, debit card (subject to your bank's daily card limit), or credit card. A processing fee applies if you pay by debit card or credit card. For debit cards, the fee is $2.50. For credit cards, the fee is 2.5% with a minimum of $2.50. Our office does not retain any portion of this fee.
