Bradenton notary arrested and charged with falsely certifying document

The Florida Highway Patrol arrested and charged a Bradenton notary on October 22nd with falsely certifying a document that was used to title a vehicle in the Tax Collector's Lakewood Ranch office. The customer who used the notarized document was also arrested and charged with title fraud.  Our office provided the FHP with the necessary information for the investigation.
