The Manatee County Tax Collector's Office will reinstate your driver license provided the following requirements have been met:
- The outstanding D6 suspension(s) on your driver license is for: (1) failed to pay traffic fine, (2) failed to appear for a traffic summons, (3) failed to complete court-ordered school, (4) school election when not eligible, or (5) school election made-failed to attend.
- You have paid your ticket(s) through the appropriate county Clerk of Court and you have an official receipt or proof of payment.
- Your digital image is on file.
- You are a US citizen.
AND
- Your driver license is current or expired (less than 2 years).
The fee for reinstating your driver license varies based on the date your ticket(s) were paid.
