Purchase Tax Data: The Manatee County Tax Collector is capable of providing two files which will provide a current view of the Current Tax Year Real Property Tax Parcels and Delinquent Real Property Tax Certificates/non-Certificates.  

These 2 files are available on the first working day of each week as X-based data base files (DBF’s) and on CD media.

• Remit funds in the amount of $150.00 for CD media OR $100.00 for FTP media.
• Include shipping information (company name, contact name, address, and phone number)for CD media OR provide FTP address as well as Username and Password for FTP site.
• We will process your request and mail the CD to you or upload the file to your FTP site.
