My rental property is always handled by a property manager or rental agent. Do I need to apply for a tourist tax account number?

Your property manager or rental agent will submit an application on your behalf, and each property will receive its own account number. Although your manager or agent will remit the tax, you as the property owner are ultimately responsible for ensuring the required tax is paid.
