Are there any additional taxable items when calculating tourist tax due?

Yes. Short-term vacation property owners, property managers, and hoteliers need to know that any condition of rentals (including booking fees, pet fees, cleaning fees, and mandatory travel insurance. For example, if your ad reads "$1,000.00 a week plus cleaning fee of $150.00," then $1,150.00 is the taxable amount.
