I received a mobile home "Notice of Impending Court Summons." What should I do?

You can renew the decal(s) through our online registration renewal service. If you wish to complete this transaction in person at one of our offices, please visit Taxcollector.com to schedule an appointment. Bring your identification, the summons, and your mobile home title or registration. To find an office, visit our locations page.
Per Florida Statute 319.22, if you are the new owner of this unit and have not transferred the title into your name, you must transfer title immediately. If you are making payments, a lienholder must be recorded. Visit Taxcollector.com to schedule an appointment. Please bring your identification, the summons, and your mobile home title to one of our locations to complete the title transfer.
If you need further assistance, please email our field deputies or call (941) 741-4809. Provide your name and phone number, the park name, the lot number and the mobile home warrant number that appears on the summons. A field deputy will return your call within three business days.
