Dealers who have a transactional question, need to request secure forms (82994, 82995, etc.), add or update dealer information, or have any other questions must submit a request though the link below. We ask that you include copies of all documents related to your inquiry for review so we can provide the most accurate answer possible. Please note that we will only review paperwork related to a specific question you may have; we will not review an entire transaction for accuracy before it is submitted.
Dealer questions have a 3-business day turnaround, not including the date we receive the request. It is suggested to use the FLHSMV's procedures for research and timely answers to transactional questions.
