Which services are offered by appointment?

Concealed weapon licenses
These transactions can only be processed at our Driver License office, located at 904 301 Boulevard West, Bradenton.
- Concealed weapon license publication – original license and renewal
Florida driver license or ID card transactions
Driver license or ID card for US citizen:
- Driver license and ID card publication – renewal, replacement, or address change
- Out-of-state driver license transfer publication – transfer to Florida
- ID card publication – first-time issuance
Driver license or ID card for non-US citizen with legal presence:
These transactions can only be processed at our Driver License office, located at 904 301 Boulevard West, Bradenton.
The following publications apply to renewal, replacement, address change, and transfer to Florida from out of state or out of the country.

- Are you in the United States under Temporary Protected Status (TPS)? Refer to our TPS publication for additional transaction requirements.
- Canadian citizen publication
Commercial driver license (CDL):
These transactions can only be processed at our Driver License office, located at 904 301 Boulevard West, Bradenton.
- Driver license and ID card publication – renewal, replacement, or address change
- Out-of-state driver license transfer publication – transfer to Florida
- Commercial Driver License publication
- Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles' commercial driver license self-certification system – update medical card/information

Learner license:
If you would like to process your transaction at our DeSoto, Lakewood Ranch, or North River location, all required testing must be completed with a 3rd party provider. Testing services (Written Testing and Driving Skills Road Test) are only available at our Driver License Office.

Title transactions for auto, boat, and mobile home
These transactions are available only at our limited-service locations and only for Manatee County residents. To see which locations offer the title transaction you need, see our services by location information.

- Registration Only publication – transfer to Florida with a lien or lease
Hunting and fishing licenses/permits

Registration renewals
You may be eligible to process your renewal(s) online and save a trip to our office by using our online registration renewal service.
Parking permits

Tax bill payments
Pay your tax bill through our property tax website and save a trip to our office. You can also print duplicate bills and receipts.

Out-of-county residents needing to process title and/or registration transactions for vehicles, boats, and mobile homes can only be served at First Manatee South County Tag Agency, located at 5756 14th Street West, Bradenton.
