Do you give the Class E driving skills road test in bad weather?
This answer has been viewed 4138 times and was last updated on 10/13/2022.
Yes, driving skills road tests are given during inclement weather. However, the examiner can suspend a driving test if the weather conditions are too severe. It is not the responsibility of the examiner to provide umbrellas or rain gear to customers who will have driving tests administered during bad weather.
If you are not comfortable taking the driving test during inclement weather, you will be allowed to decide to take the driving test and/or reschedule your appointment. If you wait until the last minute to reschedule, you may be subject to a $26.25 retake fee.
