How do I obtain a copy of my driving record?

Information is available in the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles' driving records FAQ. You can also visit the state's driving record providers page for a list of companies from which you can purchase a Driver Record History (also called an Abstract) online.
To purchase a certified or uncertified transcript, you may order it online via the State's online services website (mydmvportal.flhsmv.gov).
To purchase a certified transcript, you must contact the Manatee County Clerk of Court. For information, visit the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller website.
To purchase an uncertified transcript, you may visit our Driver License office. Before you come to the office, read our driving transcripts publication and Driver License office publication for requirements.
