I am a non-US citizen and was issued a 60 day temporary permit when I renewed in person. The 60 days is about to expire and I have not received the driver license. What should I do?

Sometimes it takes the full 60 days to receive approval from the U.S. Citizenship and Naturalization Services. If it has been 60 days, first use the state's Driver License Check page to see if your driver license has been mailed. If your driver license has not been mailed, you have two options:
- Contact the State Help Desk at (850) 617-2000 to find out why your driver license has not been mailed.
- Use the state's customer service page. Select the topic that most closely relates to your question, then complete the online form.
